The Aagard Group, LLC ensures that Aagard machines will perform as specified. All Aagard machinery is thoroughly tested to the highest standards.

The system running efficiency defined as follows:

Total Machine Run Time
Total Machine Available Time

Example =Total Machine Run Time = 470 minutes Total Machine Available Time = 480 minutes 470/480=.98x100 = 98% efficiency

Total machine available time does not include time lost because of the following: Failure to supply products to the pre-defined quality standards No operators available to start the machine No cartons, trays and/or cases or out of specification cartons, trays and/or cases Upstream or downstream line stoppages Cleaning, preventative maintenance and scheduled downtime stoppages Machine ramp up/ramp down time (from stop situation – caused by line ramp up/down time)

Total machine available time does include time lost because of the following: Machinery adjustments Product jams or placement issues Carton, tray and/or case jams Adhesive faults Mechanical faults Electrical faults

Equipment covered for defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year, or 7500 operating hours. This warranty excludes consumables, such as plastic wear guides, vacuum cups, etc. Changes to the programmable controller program or mechanical modifications without written approval of The Aagard Group, may result in undesirable machine operations and will void the warranty.
