  • Provide precise and immediate troubleshooting support
  • Adjust machine settings
  • Modify the program
  • Create new recipes
  • Provide software updates

Before calling for Technical Support, please review information available in the Troubleshooting Guide and in the HMI On-Line Help, Machine Technical Manual, and Manufacturers’ Documentation.

When calling for Technical Support, please provide the following information:

  • Machine Serial Number
  • Phone number where you may be reached
  • Description of problem
  • Plant location

The Aagard Group, LLC ensures that Aagard machines will perform as specified. All Aagard machinery is thoroughly tested to the highest standards.

Equipment is covered for defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year, or 7500 operating hours. This warranty excludes consumables, such as plastic wear guides, vacuum cups, etc. Changes to the programmable controller program or mechanical modifications without written approval of The Aagard Group, may result in undesirable machine operations and will void the warranty.
