Aagard makes an annual contribution into an FSA for each benefit eligible team member.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Traditional health insurance with a financial contribution provided by Aagard.
Traditional Health Insurance

Preventative dental services are covered at 100%, including two cleanings and one set of X-Rays annually.
Dental Insurance

Aagard provides coverage for each team member based on 1X salary up to $50,000. This also includes AD&D coverage. Voluntary Life Insurance is available for purchase for team members & their family members.
Life Insurance

Short-term disability is offered for purchase by the team member. This benefit provides team members who are unable to work due to a disability 60% of their earnings.
Long-term disability is provided for team members who are unable to work due to a disability 60% of their earnings. Benefits begin on the 60th day of disability or when short-term disability ends.

Aagard offers of 401(k) plan. With this plan, the company will match your contributions dollar for dollar up to 5% of your total eligible compensation each year.
PTO is paid time off away from work encompassing vacation, illness, personal time, school functions, jury duty, etc.
